QuickHR’s Human Resource Management System (HRMS) is a pre-approved Digital Solution under the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG).

What is PSG?

The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) supports companies in adopting IT solutions and equipment to enhance business processes. Companies wishing to boost overall effectiveness and efficiency can benefit from leveraging on this support.

What is SFEC?

Eligible employers under the SFEC will receive a one-time S$10,000 credit to cover a maximum of 90% of out-of-pocket expenses on qualifying costs for supportable initiatives.

Are you Eligible for PSG?

SMEs can apply for PSG if they meet the following criteria:

  • Registered and operating in Singapore.
  • Purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solutions or equipment must be used in Singapore.
  • Have a minimum of 30% local shareholding; with Company‘s Group annual sales turnover of less than S$100 million, OR less than 200 employers (for selected solutions only).

Are you Eligible for SFEC?

SMEs can qualify for an additional subsidy under the Skills Future Enterprise Credits (SFEC) scheme if they have:

  • Contributed at least S$750 Skills Development Levy over the qualifying period.
  • Employed at least three Singapore Citizens (SCs) or Permanent Residents (PRs) every month over the same period.
  • Not previously qualified for SFEC at any of the earlier periods.

ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT GRANT: UP TO 70% OFF

The Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) funded by Enterprise Singapore helps Singapore companies grow and transform. This grant supports projects that help businesses upgrade, innovate, or venture overseas, under three pillars: Core Capabilities, Innovation, and Productivity, and Market Access.

From 1 April 2022 onwards, the grant support level for EDG will be at up to 70% for all industries except the Food Services and Retail Sectors. For the Food Services and Retail sectors, the support level will be up to 80% from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023.

MARITIME CLUSTER FUND

The Maritime Cluster Fund was set up to assist firms in the Maritime Industry via support for both their internal and external expansion efforts, as well as their push for business development and productivity improvements. This fund can be utilized in the following three categories: MCF Manpower, MCF Business Development, MCF Productivity.

Eligible companies under these categories will receive funding support for enhancing business workflow or adopting technology solutions such as QuickHR. Qualifying projects will receive up to a maximum of 90% funding support from the Marine Port Authority.

BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT FUND

The Business Improvement Fund aims to incentivize technological innovation and redesign of business models and processes for firms in the tourism industry to boost productivity and competitiveness.

The fund is open to all Singapore-registered businesses and companies who fulfill the following two criteria:

• Tourism companies taking on capability development initiatives

• Technology companies that develop innovative technological products and services for tourism businesses.
